  • Respect the Space: Be mindful of others, keep noise levels down, and clean up after yourself.

  • Booking Private Spaces:**  Meeting rooms and phone booths are available thru the portal by reservation

  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional atmosphere, no sleeping on couches, and footwear is required at all times.

  • Communication: Use designated areas for phone calls, avoid speakerphone/headsets in communal spaces, and keep conversations respectful.

  • Technology:  Use the network and internet responsibly, avoiding offensive content.

  • Kitchen Etiquette:  Clean up after using the kitchen, keep food smells to a minimum, and use the range only as allowed.

  • Spaces: Only for business use, no personal or recreational activities allowed.

  • Security:  Respect property, do not infringe on others' intellectual or physical property, and refrain from predatory behavior or aggressive marketing.

  • Additional Guests:  Guests must purchase a day pass or become co-members.

  • Staff & Feedback: Please inform staff of any concerns regarding noise, lighting, or other issues. 

  • Extended Hours: For access beyond 5:00 PM, sign up for an extended access membership.
